date, and to preserve and adequately care for
all historical records and documents of the
church.

primary task of the Native American Ministries
Coordinator is to represent to the congregation
the need for better awareness of Native American
Ministries in the South Carolina Conference and
the general church in part by promoting the
annual Native American Ministries Sunday
Offering.
RECORDING
SECRETARY
The
Recording Secretary keeps accurate
records (minutes) of the proceedings of
the Administrative Council and the
Charge Conference.This person is a voting member of
the Administrative Council.
The
Treasurer disburses all money contributed to the
church according to the guidelines established
by the Administrative Council through the
Committee on Finance; pays all bills when they
are due; and keeps accurate records of how the
money is spent, reporting regularly to the
Committee on Finance, Administrative Council,
and Charge Conference.This person is a voting member of the
Administrative Council.
